Orders and returns

Orders go through our retail partner. For a delivery, a refund or a mask that arrived damaged, use the order page where you checked out: that is where the order lives.

Sleep questions

We can tell you how our masks fit and which one suits long lashes or a warm bedroom. We cannot tell you why you sleep badly: a doctor can, and many sleep problems can be treated.
