Care
Spot-clean the fabric or hand-wash the mask in cool water with a mild soap, press the water out in a towel and let it air-dry flat. Keep it in its pouch in a bag, so the cups hold their shape.

About the MZOO Contoured Sleep Mask
The Contoured Sleep Mask is the one MZOO started with in 2018, and still the one most people pick. Two molded cups 13 mm deep sit around your eyes instead of on them, so the lids move and you can blink with the mask on. Under the cups, 22 mm of padding fills the gap at the bridge of the nose, which is where flat masks let a stripe of morning light in. The sides are cut thin and bent at 15 degrees, so a side sleeper has less foam pressed into the pillow at the temple. The strap is a soft elastic band with a slide buckle that sets it anywhere from 19 to 28 inches, and it lies flat over the hair instead of catching it.

How to put it on

Open the strap all the way, hold the mask over your eyes and find the spot where each cup sits on the bone around the eye, not on the lid.

Bring the strap round the back of your head, above the ears, and slide the buckle until the mask stays put when you turn your head.

Press the padding lightly along the sides of your nose so it meets the cheeks: that is where light gets in when it does.

Blink a few times. If the lashes touch, slide the mask a little higher on the brow.
